This notice explains how QURAI Co., Ltd. handles personal information collected through qurai.ai.
Information collected
The contact form collects your name, business email, company when provided, inquiry details, and consent record. Hosting and analytics services may also process basic device, browser, IP address, usage, and performance information.
Purpose of use
QURAI uses this information to review and respond to inquiries, communicate about requested services, maintain service security, diagnose performance, and retain necessary business records.
Service providers and international processing
QURAI uses Vercel for hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring, and Resend for contact-form email delivery. Information may be processed in the United States under each provider’s security and privacy terms.
Retention
Contact-form information is retained for up to three years after the inquiry is resolved unless a longer period is required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law.
You may decline to provide required information or consent to overseas processing, but QURAI may then be unable to receive and respond through this form.
Security and updates
QURAI applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
